1. General Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases of eligible products and services.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- VPS Hosting is non-refundable.
- After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Abuse and Suspension
- Services suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- If you request a refund while under investigation for abuse or misuse, your request will be denied until the case is resolved.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting our support team first will result in immediate termination of all services and ban from future purchases.
- We strongly encourage customers to contact us for resolution before involving banks or payment gateways.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
