Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing LordCloud Hosting. We are committed to providing high-quality hosting services and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases of eligible products and services.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Shared Hosting refunds are only granted if a valid technical issue is confirmed from our side.
- VPS Hosting is strictly non-refundable under any condition.
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days under any circumstances.
- Change-of-mind or user-side misconfiguration is not eligible for refunds.
2. Eligible Services for Refund
- Shared Hosting (only if a confirmed technical fault exists on our end)
- Minecraft Server Hosting (first-time orders only)
3. Non-Refundable Services
- VPS Hosting
- Domain Name Registrations or Transfers
- SSL Certificates
- Dedicated Servers
- Software Licenses (e.g., WHMCS, cPanel)
- Setup Fees
- Custom Configurations
- Promotional or Discounted Plans
- Renewals and Plan Upgrades
4. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel services by notifying us at least 3 days in advance via:
- Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a full refund (if eligible).
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service date may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
5. Abuse, Suspension, and Chargebacks
- Services suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
- If you request a refund while under investigation for abuse or misuse, the request will be held until resolved.
- Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting support first will result in immediate termination of all services and ban from future purchases.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.
7. Partial Refunds
If a service has been partially delivered, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on service usage.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, network outages, strikes, or government actions.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
